Bottle, smallish bubbly head, aroma of hay and caramel, flavor of hay and caramel with a hint if wax and maybe fruit, light and just a touch coarse bitterness. Quaffable but pretty simple.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks David Cohen. Clear red-amber. A bit of roast, malt, oak, a bit of toast, light caramelly note, nutty hint, sweetish, bitterish finish, medium-bodied. OK, easy-drinking.
