Bottle, no head, fizzy, clear straw yellow color, aroma of melon, apple and a feral hint, flavor of mellon, apple and some vinous notes, quite sweet and just a bit sticky, light bitterness. Fair and drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Tom L. Very pale green-yellow. Aroma of melon candy and the outside of mastik avati’ah. Flavor of melon candy, sugary, light tart apple hint. Light, sticky.
