Solvognen Citrus Hill IPA, a favorite from the southern part of the USA It was first brewed in 1978 as a hot weather brew really juicy ipa with a nice balance and nice finish with notes of lemon and grapefruit. Good with BBq food like steaks, hamburgers, pork, chicken and salmon and with good friends and good times.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a tiny, yellowish head. Nose is mainly biscuity malts. Medium body, very dry biscuit and crystal malts with quite some bittering hops. Nothing much citrusy going on, but a decent and hoppy old school Pale Ale. 090725

Bottle.Dark golden colour with medium white head.Aroma of citrus hops and grass west coast style ipa mild dry and dusty taste nice by style.
