Solvognen Gylden is a good Danish classic. Maybe not quite as old as the sun wagon, but close! Solvognen Gylden is a Danish handmade red-dark golden beer. It is round in taste with a firm aftertaste which, however, ensures a soft landing and a good experience when enjoyed in the company of Danish smørrebrød sandwich, pork, meatballs, shortribs, pulled pork, and smoked, curried herring...Great with good friends and hygge.

Thanks Henrik! Murky brown colour with a mediumsized white head. Still half a year to go to BBE when had. Aroma is sour wooden tones with some yeasty and mild nutty and some resin tones. Flavour is quite similar, but there's also a strange harshness lurking to it. Something went wrong here...

Bottle 50 cl. Golden?? This is dark brown with an orange hue and a rough, beige head. Nose has a little roast and nuts but also an odd, unclean almost chemical edge. Medium body, roasty and completely flawed flavor wise - I suspect a fermentation error. Nowhere near a Danish Classic - total drainpour. 131125

Bottle.Dark brown colour with medium head.Aroma is roasted and toasted with malty taste good mild bready taste a little like rye bread and malt nice by style beer.
