The starting point is a classic light and strong Belgian Ale - pilsner malt and candy as well as Saaz and Styrian Golding hops. A combination that gives both fullness and body. The small twist in this version is the addition of Citra hops. It gives more flavor and boosts the aroma.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, mid sized head. Citrusy nose with phenols and mouldy mushrooms. Sweet with medium to full bod and clean mouthfeel. Vinous and peppery with marzipan and lacquer. Sharp warming finish.

Thanks Henrik! Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is rubbery yeast, some spiciness, mild sweet malts and some toffee tones. Flavour is citrus, some toffee, mild yeasty rubbery tones with some mild nutty elements. Something going on with the yeast.

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a lacing, white head. Spicy, yeastu, estery fruit aroma with subtle phenols. Rich, fruity body, again yeasty but the phenols take over to an almost chemical degree. Dry finish rather than bitter. 110625
