We have added a new dimension to the delicious and rich chocolate biscuity base, by aging this lovely beer in bourbon barrels. The flavours are booming and exploding, and the raspberries really work crazy well with an added layer of bourbon magic. We managed to make an already amazing beer, even better!

Bottled 375ml. -from Gušt Pub Celje, shared with Hrabren. Pitch black coloured, small brownish head, alcohol, wood and discreet raspberry in the nose. Roasted malt, alcohol, noticable raspberry and dark chocolate with dryish finish.

0.375 l bottle shared with Ogi who brought it from Slovenia, thanks! Dark brown to black, small beige head. Chocolate aroma, oak, red fruit, hints of raspberry cake and alcohol. Sweet raspberry flavour, cocoa, biscuit and spice. Smooth, full body and strong.

Bottle, Bevog webshop. Black with tiny beige ring. Moderate whisky nose with just some hints of roastiness, wood and even less raspberries. Mild bittery start, nice raspberry soury presence, very likeable. Slight sweetenss to it. Slightly roasted in teh finish. Lasting and gentle aftertaste. Fuller body, silky, no trace of alcohol in the sip. Lovely stuff.

Bottle. Black color with small beige head. Aroma is big barrel, a touch booze, black chocolate, dash of raspberries, very nice. Taste is raspberries and chocolate, some caramel from the barrel. Thicc mouthfeel, medium spark carbonation. Very tasty!
