0.75l bottle from the brewer @ Primorski sejem, shared with Sima & David. Aroma of wood, red fruit, red wine and yeast. Pours hazy amber brown color with creamy off-white head and fair lacing. Taste starts tart vinous with woody note, following is malty with lots of fruity acidity and smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Positive surprise…

Bottle. A bit dirty dark brown, thin beige ring, nonlasting. Gentle vinous nose, slightly balsamic with hints of caramel. Gentle sourness, hardly any at first. Slight rubber, a bit tart and some wine quality. Gentle sweet finish. Lasting aftertatse, a bit burning with vinegar feeling. Lighter body. A bit simpler, but nicely drinkable.
