Doctor Galapagos is a Mango Milkshake IPA with lactose and vanilla. This beer delivers a monstrous slice of tropical fruit punch, a silky-smooth mouthfeel and a sweet, yet powerful hoppy finish. We dry hopped this beer with Citra, Amarillo and Sultana then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla beans.

Can from De Bierliefhebber. Aroma is tart mango with lactose, sweet vanilla, fruity hops, citrus, tropical notes, pale malt. Flavour is tartish and a bit sweet with a medium bitterness. Body is medium with some creaminess. Bit heavy on the sweet lactose/vanilla, but the tart mango provides a pleasant counterpoint.

Can. A bit hazy sunny yellow, rocky white head, lasting. Tropical fruity nose, sweet and ripe mango with slight citrusy touch. Slight cream touch. Medium bitterness, quite citrusy upfront. Mango fruity sweetness, with some cream sweetness in the mix. Slightly peppery in teh finish. Light body and lasting aftertaste.
