An homage to our traveling friend Paul Edwards, who can be found in dusty places in and about Amsterdam. A Bourbon Barrel aged golden amber sour, with a legion of Brettanomyces as it primary fermentation culture. Hints of whiskey and gentle light malts permeate this mixed fermentation beer. "Paul" he who spreads the gospel of "Analytically, Reverent, Zymurgy". We and much of the beer world just call him, A Friend.

Tap, Ghetto Something. Slightly hazy coppery brown, large offwhite head, ok lasting. Strong vinous nose, cellar with hints of caramel, some balsamic vinegar. Solid soury feel, quite vinous as well, but luckily not burning. Hints of bitterness. Light body and very fresh. Nice one, very nice one indeed.

On tap & Ghetto Something. Aroma of wine, ripe fruit, wood, caramel and barnyard. Pours cloudy amber brown color with large soapy tan-like head and nice lacing. Tastes moderate sweet malty, tart vinous, funky, ripe fruity and woody with smooth mouthfeel. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Just excellent...

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brett, and caramel. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, caramel, lemons, and wood, leading to a tart finish.
