From tap at Cellarmaker, San Francisco. Aroma is very grainy with straw and biscuity malt. Hint of noble hops. Mild sweet and bitter. Body is medium. A very fine specimen of Helles far, far from Germania.

Draft at the source. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma and taste of grains, hay, faint green apple. Very drinkable.

Draught. Clean gold with a thin head. Aroma of golden malt. Flavour is grain, honey malt, a little spice, very nice.
