[Updated on 26/12/25, in a happier state of mind.] 355mL can. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Bright, tangy saison yeast, notes of sumac, and a touch of must on the nose. Flavour has tangy, spicy saison yeast, light pale malts, a layer of sumac, and a light level of acidity. Very nice saison.
[17/12/24] 5oz pour at Stillwell downtown. Aroma has some rustic notes dominated by caustic shit. Flavour has some rustic notes dominated by bandaids. Infected mess.
