Bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with no head. Has a fruity floral spicy honey aroma. Sweetish fruity spicy floral honey flavor. Has a sweetish fruity spicy honey finish.

bottle at tasting at mikkeller and friends, clear yellow no head. aroma is honey, spicy, plain. flavor is sweet honeyt ,faint flowers, plan but very nice honey mead, fiant pollen note.

Bottled. A yellow mead. The aroma has notes of flowers, honey, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, flowers, and wax, leading to sweet/dry finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours pale yellow to no colour. Dry and herbal honey. Fruity, sweet and mild citric. Crisp fruity. Sweet, fruity, perry like. Smooth fruity, lingering sweet and smooth far finish.

Bottle at mead tasting on November 2, 2012.Thanks to omhper!Clear pear color, no head. SWeet, honey, cinnamon scent. Sweet, honey, fruity, buttery taste. Smooth mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Very pale blond color. It has the classic aroma of rapeseed mead, with a paper and warm plastic feeling. Semi sweet flavor, it has a light flowery and fruity impression, but no character as it happens with rapeseed mead.

Pale yellow color. Strong aroma of honey, very mineral, with some white peach and forest musk, talc. The mouthfeel is relatively thick, quite sweet, sugary, with little honey or mead flavor; the acidity is quite low; the final is a bit mineral, but short.
Although flawless, it’s simple and doesn’t present strong honey character.

Bottle 750ml. @ PBF2012.Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, sweet honey, nectar, wood notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet honey, dry, flowers - nectar notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Aroma is surprisingly light with some hay and hints of mold. Flavour is sweet with root beer, some sweet honey and hints of alcohol. Good.
