Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Hazy orange, small head. Fruity and mildly smoky nose. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel,. Canteloupe and strawberry esters, slight peaty smoke. Plenty of sugar in a finish with low bitterness.

Bottled. A murky dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits, and iodine. The flavor has notes of artificial sweetener, malt, caramel, and alcohol. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Very sweet, spicy nose. Medium body, low in carbonation, a sticky sweet fruitiness and again this subtle spiciness. Almost cloying, no bitterness. 130612

Bottle from La Mise en Bière, Lausanne
Hazy amber color. It has a surprisingly interesting aroma of alpine forests and honey. Malt flavor, with herbal tones, and evident sweetness given by the stevia. The bitterness is quite low. The stevia also gives a touch of sweet liquorice.
The sweetness helps accepting the herbs, nevertheless many will be put off by this…
Interesting but weird.
