Bottle at home. Pours deep orange, nose is orange, herbal, grassy, taste is sweet, toffee, grassy, light fruit.

Murky red beer, thin white head. Aroma of bitter orange and a slight booziness. Flavour is really interesting. You get all things in the blurb: woody, whisky barrel-yness, bitter blood orange, hops. A really distinctive, fresh-tasting beerthat genuinely feels like something quite different. Manages being crisp and clean while also having a bit of malty richness. I like this a lot.
