We've re-made our signature Paolozzi helles lager, ageing it for 12 weeks in dry and sweet white burgundy wine barrels. The worlds of beer and wine combine to create an extra special lager that's golden apricot in colour.
With a warm richness, an oaky sweetness and aroma of spicy raisins, Paolozzi Vino is a perfect companion for seafood, fruity desserts or an after-dinner cheeseboard.

Bottle at Craig's. Pours golden amber, nose is gooseberry, grapefruit, grassy, some funk, taste is sweet toffee, oak, chewy fudge, definite wine notes.

Bottle at home ... golden amber ... thin white lacing .. metalic sherbert..big fruity spicy nose ... soft fruit ... big spicy fruits .. juicy fruit .. soft wine tones ... light juiy fruit .. little tart fruit ... sherbert... quite nice...
