On keg at the Hanging Bat. My 2000th Scottish Beer. Appearance - honey and syrup. Candied lemon. Nose - big honey note, combined with dry and very tangy saison yeast which manifests itself as lemon and funky spice. Taste - lashings of honey and saison spice again. Palate - light to medium bodied. Really compact lean body. Long finish. Overall - good.

Keg at the hanging bat... Hazy peach orange... Thin white lacing.. Soft tsrt floral fruit nose... Light dry herbal floral.. Odd light bitter fruits... Light odd honey linger
