Bottle (5.8% ABV) from The Beerhive. Dark brown body with a thin beige head that fades. Very faint lacing. Aroma of raspberry brownie and wood. Flavour of cranberry and dark chocolate. Thin to medium body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. I think this would have been better if it was a bit sweeter. I found it to be overly sharp.

On cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - dark brown to black with a lovely fawn head. Nose - raspberries and chocolate alright. Taste - luscious creamy chocolate with sweet malt. The raspberries deliver just enough freshness as they pole through the middle. Palate - medium bodied and creamy. Long, elegant finish. Overall - lovely beer!
