On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - dark brown to black and opaque. Decent fawn head. Nose - toffee and molasses. Brown bread. Taste - more toffee, then banana sweetness on the follow through. Palate - medium bodied and creamy. Elegant finish. Overall - a well made dunkelweizen even if it's not Bavaria. A touch darker than expected.
