Cask (handpump) @ Star Inn, 7 Albert Street, West Yorkshire, Huddersfield, England HD1 3PJ.Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, dolle, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120121]
