This beer was a finalist at Manchester Beer and Cider festival. Complex flavours and heavily hopped to match the strength. Best to enjoy on your own while seated to avoid distractions and stumbling

Cask at NWAF, 2011. Deep amber pour with no head. Slightly sour nose, a bit of toffee, medicinal. Sweet toffee and pear flavours. Warm, sweet and sticky finish. Back to the drawing board with this one I think.
