Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, chamomile. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Hazy amber/brown. Very fruity with light-medium body. Salted dusty caramel followed by slight resiny bitterness. Somewhat anonymous.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is nutty, sweet fruity and mildly hoppy and herbal. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance. Also has some slight syrupy notes along with some toasted notes as well.
