Keller Rye is an unfiltered rye lager. Brewed with Köln and Munich malts it pours an orange, copper color and has a smooth sweet malt character up front with hints of spicy rye in the back end. German Hallertau Hersbrucker hops dry out the finish to bring crisp balance to this very drinkable lager.

On tap at the brewery
Appearance: Cloudy golden with a medium sized white head and good lacing
Aroma: Toasted malts, caramel, honey, nutty and rye
Taste: Toasted malts, citrus, spices and rye
A decent beer, clean and crisp. Easy drinking

Growler from the brewery. Pours a cloudy copper color with a medium white head. A sweet nose of toast and caramel, dry leaves. Very mellow, some light crisp hops, marmalade, distinct rye but not too spicy, more mellow caramel. Pretty clean and good.
