A very malty, Irish style ale. Clean filtered and reddish brown in color. Low in
bitterness, however, has a slight hop finish to it. Up front character is caramel malt tones. The Hibernian Society is an international organization of Irish culture. John Welsh, father of one of our brewers, Big Joe, is a very active member of the Society in Salt Lake and one of the founding members.
