Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Real Ale Brewing Co in Blanco, TX for the annual RealTail festival. The 2011 version was brewed with nopolitos (cactus pads), lime peel, lemon peel, salt and cumin. Here is to many RealTail to come.

On tap (from notes) Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has notes of gave and sweet grains with a bit of underlying light fruit and flora. Flavor has a good amount of salt on it with notes of light fruit and agave.

On tap at the brewpub during RBWG 2012. Slightly hazy pale yellow with a medium sized white head. Slightly tart fruit. Taste was tropical fruit, salty and guava. Not bad, unique.
