Bottiglia.

Bottle. Hazy deep orange colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is honey, some rye, mild spiciness, alcohol and some slight citrus as well. Flavour is rye, yeast, some honey, mild alcohol with some peppery tones as well. Honeyish and mildly alcoholic in finish and aftertaste.

Sampled at THT July. Hazy golden with big fluffy head. Rye, dusty, cardboard, light flowery, earthy, soft honey, old bread. Medium bitter, just medium sweet. Solid medium bodied. Weird and not very good.

Mixed feeling here. Rye braggot. It must be interesting and tasty stuff. Was it? Nope. Felt like a powerful dry strong pilsner Clear or hazy/cloudy pour? That is up to you Felt a bit more tasty when all the sediments were in the glass Decent intensity in the aroma Also a bit rich carbonation level Malty, herbal, mild fruity and faint citric flavor [Bottle from Yngwie]

From a 500ml bottle on 28/9/208. Pours a hazy golden with a medium head. The nose is a bit floral and features quite a bit of honey and citrus. On the sip and it starts with a dash of honeyed sweetness and orange, which is met by some sharp fruit feel like flavour, an a lingering spicy, rye bitterness. It's quite dry at the back, with lots of saison like character. Full bodied with quite prickly carbonation. A singular brew and which is quite interesting and challenging, but ultimately just doesn't quite come together. Great label.

Bottle. An unclear orange-colored beer with a dense, lacing-leaving off-white head. Fruity, orangey aroma with a wee honey touch, some spiced hints, tropical fruits, pine cones and a malty note. It’s full-bodied, a bit heavy on the carbonation perhaps, faintly warming and with a very soft bitterness. The flavor has pine cones, honey notes, generic fruityness and some malt hints. Lasting fruity, lightly honey-ish finish. A very pleasant one indeed. Perhaps a bit too heavy on the carbonation, else it’s a fine brew. 180210
