On draft at the Bayou, as Craig said it was oddly more like cask than nitro. Pours a deep golden color with a small white head. A fruity nose with some biscuit and metal. The flavor comes across as a nice bitter: apricot, lots of sweet fruit, some biscuit, marmalade. Pretty light and nice.

On tap at The Bayou
Clear golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma of toasted malts and caramel. Flavors of caramel, earthy with a mild bitterness in the finish
This was on Nitro, but the system was messed up. This glass was almost completely flat. But it was still very good.
