The Dark Side is a powerful force, so strong that it has taken over one of our award winning beers. This Dunkelweizen showcases almost the exact same recipe as Night Ryder Munich Dunkel. We swapped some of the Munich Malt for White Wheat, increasing the sweet creamy flavor. Then we used a Hefeweizen yeast to give some banana and clove attributes.
