On tap at the brewery. Pours a very clear golden color with a medium white head. A nice smooth honey and biscuit nose. A light and clean flavor with sweet honey, earthy, light floral notes, some sweet mellow malt. Easygoing and clean.

On tap at the brewpub downtown, under the name "Honig Helles"
Appearance: Clear yellow/golden with a medium sized white head and good lacing
Aroma: Honey, pale malts, doughy with some metallic
Taste: Light malts, honey, bisquity and citrus
Nice and refreshing, clean
