The additional use of these specialty grains help to achieve a bit more body, creating a strong pillar to support and balance the higher usage of hops. The late and dry additions of American hop varieties provide the signature, true-to-style floral and citrus aroma of a seasoned pale ale, pleasing both the hop-head and hop-shy craft beer drinker.
