hazy yellow colour, medium sized dense, slightly ecru-ish white head; aroma of citrusy-lemony, wet wheaty, slight orange and acetic acidy notes; taste is the same with minimal banana; not bad, though nothing really extraordinary either

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy orange, small lively head. Fruity phenolic nose. Sweet with medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Coriander and grain, fruity with some tangerine and winegum. Low bitterness.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, wheat, and lemons, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy yellow with tiny impurities and a lacing white head. Yeasty nose with some phenols. Light body, dry, yeasty and phenollic with a bitter finish. Too dry and strong for a proper Hefe. 130612

Courtesy of Philippe (Bov), bottled 2010.04.23, tasted 2½ months later
A lot of carbonation produces a huge head that I have to let settle for some time; cloudy blond color. Nice, different aroma: wheat, herbs, sweet oranges and mix of citrus fruits, perfume, flowers, and in the end even honey. The flavor is less interesting; most the carbonation being gone now, the mouthfeel is soft; there is light Wheat beer character, but most of all the yeast and alcohol presence of a kit-homebrew, and vegetables. The yeast is too disturbing (even after letting the bottle to settle for 1 week). Not very good.
