Our Golden Ale with Matzah added to the mash make this a wheat ale. As with all of our ales, the matzah is there, but not in a beat you over the head sort of way! Can you think of a better use for the "bread of affliction" once passover is done?

A seasonal beer made just after Passover ...

On tap at the brewery with Craig and Aidan. Pours a dark brown color with a small beige head. A yeasty nose, cocoa cola some grains. The flavor has a distinct bready flavor that I guess is Matzah, more cola, yeasty, light fruit. Good.
