This style combines the older traditions of fermenting beers warm, with the newer tradition of lagering, or cold conditioning. Munster Alt is lighter than its Düsseldorf cousin. We serve it unfiltered, leaving a slightly hazy appearance, but preserving the floral earthy hoppiness of the Tettnang hops.

Cloudy golden with a small white head, some lacing. Aroma of banana and clove. Taste of bananas, bubblegum, hay and grains
