The full bodied flavor blends delightfully with the fragrant notes of clover and sage to produce a truely unique set of wines. These wines come in a variety of sweetness levels and that’s why we describe them with Levels of the Seasons from a Dry - Winter to a Sweet - Fall. You get a smooth wine with the flavors of the dark wildflower honey we use from Cox’s Honey Land

Clear straw yellow, no head. Aroma of honey and floral. Taste of flowers, honey with a dry, sharp finish

375 ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow hue. A sweet nose of honey and pear. Big floral notes, certainly quite dry as they said, pineapple and pear. Sweet honey at times, but very subdued. Finishes clean and dry. My only issue with the Hive Winery meads is that they lack a ummph: with 12.8% we could pack in some major flavor here. Still, well done.
