Bottle pours out crisp clean amber topped with sand head. Nose is grassy earthy notes some herbal. Taste is more of the grassy notes some earthy tones.

On tap The Bayou
Pours crystal clear amber work a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Aroma of toasted malts, bready and pine. Flavor is fruity, grassy with a bitter herbal finish
