Our house pale ale is brewed using locally grown and malted Solstice Mild Malt. The Cascade, Citra, and HBC 1134 infuse this version of the beer with a delightful aroma and flavor of grapefruit, tangerine, and orange zest notes.Idaho 7 and Citra bring serious tropical punch with mango, papaya, pineapple, and apricot. Krush amplifies this with additional peach and nectarine flavors. A delicate malty backbone and a refreshing, dry finish round out the taste.
