Polycask @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apples, tart apples, fruity, horse blanket. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sour and tart, yellow apples, dry, sharp, vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111208]
