Polycask @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.Light unclear light medium yellow color with virtyally no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, wood, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20111208]
