Aroma is somewhat fresh with grainy malt and some butter. Flavour has grainy malt and some grassy hops. Gooseberry bush and nettles in the finish. Decent.

Bottle: Golden, stable medium-sized white head, sweetish grainy to pale malty nose, slight citrussy-strawy flavours included; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; short grainy-strawy finish, some bitterness detectable. Not so exciting…

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Fresh herbal and citrus-fruity hoppy aroma with a mildly malty background. Moderately sweet flavour with a light level of bitterness, light to medium bodied (hochvergoren) with an almost crisp carbonation. Soft malty base with a good dash of fruity and herbal spicy aroma-hops; sweet and mildly bitter finish with a present tail of aroma-hops. Easy-going and more-ish. 04.XII.11

Süßlich-getreidiger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil hell-malzig, etwas würzig, es führt weiter ein mittel-intensives Getreidearoma. Spät erscheint eine hopfige Note, die auch im Abgang noch in abgeschwöchter Form erkennbar ist. Der Getreideton wird kernig, das Malz würziger. Schwach würziger Abgang, getreidig. Süffiges Märzen, dass den Alkoholgehalt nicht merken lässt. Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,9,9,10,9 - 8,80
