We took our Scotch ale and aged it 3 months on medium toast American and French oak. You will find subtle bourbon aromas and flavors which peak as the beer warms. Incredibly smooth and great for a cold winter day!

Pours dark golden work a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Oak, caramel, citrus peel
