Fruited Barleywine.
No actual fruitcakes were used while making this beauty, we did use Dark Grade A Maple syrup, Balaton cherry juice, Dried Mission Figs, and Deglet Noor Dates to help you remember that unique sought after holiday flavor. This beer might sound sweet, but the simple sugars from the fruit and maple actually dry the beer out and help us boost the alcohol. The rich malt character blends perfectly with the intense dried fruit and hops to create a fruity, malty, citrusy melange of flavors and body that make drinking this beer a captivating boozy slay ride!

16oz can picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy dark mahogany with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Malty, chocolate, cherries, molasses, maple syrup, mild metallic. Sometimes less is better, too much going on here.
