From backlog. Taster, from Bottle, at a big share in Southern California. Brown with beige head. Oak, wood, winey, sour, grapes.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours dark brown with a very slight beige head. Aroma is mildly tart/sour and has zinfandel and wood. Med body. Flavor is zinfandel and wood. Medium dark malt. Sour/tart. Rather mouthsmacking. Kind of like a Flemish red/brown.

Sample during the "Micah's Downstairs Reopening" tasting on 03/02/2018. The beer is a deep reddish-mahogany color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of white wine, berry, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of vinous oak, tart cherry and berry, yeast and doughy malt. The finish is tart with a white Zin and oak aftertaste. Good beer overall.

12 oz bottle poured. Dressed in the uniform Avery gold foil. Love this series. Thanks to Tcon for the share! A dark cola brown pour. Bold dark fruit character. A constant sour with plenty of barrel presence. A unique wine note to this, but not surprised since I've had likely the least amount of tries with Zinf than any other style of wine, especially with aged beers. A much more mellow beer than expected with the imperial sour tag. Complex, and unique. A standout sour. Love it.

Big vinegar vibe here. Hazy dark brown pour with ok head and lacing. Spur finish. Some citrus. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottle at Churchkey. Very dark clear maroon color. Vinous aroma, tannic port. Taste is red wine, vanilla. Soft sourness. Nice.

12oz bottle thanks to Toby. Pours out a brown amber topped with a sand head. nose is nice cherries plenty tart notes and some roast malt barrel. Taste is more of the cherries a nice tartness and plenty barrel presents.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours a cloudy brown with beige head that diminshes to nothing. The aroma is oak, hairspray, and wine. Thin mouthfeel with strong sour fruit and funk with sour finish. Good.

chilled 12 oz. brown bottle poured into sample glass, part of a three side-by-side. Pours dark brown with no head. No lacing, medium body, low carbonation, and tart aroma with a hint of soy. Taste is tart, some oak, and a hint of dark malt.
