Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours golden with a slight haze and a rich and creamy white head leaving some lacework. A fresh, fruity nose. Medium body, sweet and malty with some flowery hops. A dry and lightly bitter finish. But really, nowhere near an APA!! 140712

Bottle from La Mise en Bière, Lausanne
Hazy orange-amber color; compact head. The aroma is spicy, yeasty, pungent; also a bit biscuity and flowery. The mouthfeel is smooth, there is flavor of malt, wheat and heather honey, with light residual sweetness; very spicy too, and with bold bitterness.
Very atypical, but pleasant.
