We use an extremely simple grain bill on this beer with some minor bittering hops, then we loaded up our mash tun in an unconventional way to “whirlpool” our beer through 150 pounds of freshly picked Mosaic hop cones. The result is a super fresh, incredibly fruity aromatic beer with mild hints of fresh grass.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear light golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Dank, pine, citrus zest, grassy. Tasty, clean
