Maxine OenoBeer: (pronounced N-O-Beer) A wine(Oeno) & beer(beer) hybrid that bring forth summer feelings of east European vineyards. Named after brewer Cobb's sweet grandmother equipped with a dry sense of humor, we rested this dry & bright red OenoBeer in oak chardonnay barrels for a full season with merlot must (spent grapes).

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear rose colored with a small white head, light lacing. Oak, fruit, yogurt, woody, white grapes. Damn, this is good.
