It may depend on which beverage you prefer, but in any case, this mixed fermented beverage uses locally harvested grain and apple juice from Utah in collaboration with Mountain West Cider. The result is a super drinkable beverage with both flavors of beer and cider that is just about as local “craft” as something gets.

16oz can picked up at the brewery. Pours slightly cloudy dark golden with a small off-white head, light lacing. Floral, apple cider, herbal tea, citrus zest. Ok, strange.
