Taking the name from local homebrewers Mike Roussin and Bill Kowalowski, this malt driven British style ale pours a beautiful chestnut brown and has light notes of bread crust, toasted nuts, and toffee. Restrained bitterness allows the malt to be the showcase here, and a light fruitiness comes from the traditional English style yeast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear dark brown with a small biege head, light lacing. Toasted malts, caramel, chocolate, nutty, earthy. Ok
