Modern Hoppy Lager
Stivot is our take on the modern hoppy lager. Slow, cold fermentation with our lager yeast, traditional Ferman Pilsner malt, but instead of traditional noble hopwe hopped with with some modern hop varieties and in a way closer to how we would hop a Pale Ale. The cold lager yeast ferment creates an incredibly clean profile which showcases the bright lemon, lime and pine character of the hops.
Hops: Centennial, Motueka

Can. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A light toast and pils malt nose. Light citrus, but just a hint, dry pils malts, some honey. Solid. Clean.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Floral, grassy, citrus, lime, pine. Good
