Our “house” hoppy beer. A blend of our favorite hops from the Pacific Northwest and Southern Hemisphere bring out modern fruit forward flavors and aromas with a touch of that classic resin only Simcoe can deliver. Dopo is Italian for “After” and it embodies everything we’re about here at Offset. Hazier and more hop saturated than Roto.

On tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange with a medium sized frothy white head, good lacing. Grapefruit, dough, grassy, earthy, citrus. Tasty
