Head South 69 IPA is a contemporary West Coast style American IPA. Featuring Simcoe, Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo hops and a slight haze, the aroma is dank and intriguing. The key to this beer is the balance between hops and alcohol, and it’s pronounced head. We brew this beer to enhance its wonderful smell and carbonation - there is nothing more frustrating than ordering an IPA on tap and receiving a dull, lifeless beer.

16oz can picked up at Total Wine. It's a gusher. After I cleaned up the mess, the rest of the can pours slightly cloudy dark golden with a medium sized off-white head, light lacing. Caramel malts, biscuit, straw, grapefruit and resin. Ok, but not too good. Drain poured the rest.
