We teamed up with the Salt City Suds Podcast to make something reminiscent of the west coast IPAs of yesteryear. Journey West features the hops HBC-638, HBC-522, and some HBC-522 hop hash, this new-school West Coast Session IPA is in a class of its own, with familiarity to the floral qualities of Cascade and Centennial. However, where you might expect notes of grapefruit and pine, you will get a more refined experience of sweet tangerine, mango, and peach with wafts of bright green tea.
